Decision in Beatles Lawsuit Expected May
The judge presiding over The Beatles' lawsuit against Apple Computer will issue a ruling on May 8, according to a report at Macworld UK. The band's Apple Corps label filed the suit over the use of an apple logo in iTunes, which their lawyer says violates an agreement previously crafted between the two entities.
