News: EMI sees good results from iTunes

Speaking at a US music industry event, EMI s senior vice president of digital, Lauren Berkowitz, said that the company has seen success with its DRM-free sales. The initial results of DRM-free music are good, Berkowitz said. EMI is currently selling DRM-free music through both iTunes and 7Digital, with plans to offer their catalog through both Amazon and PassAlong Networks.
