In response to the court injunction obtained yesterday by Vodafone that prohibits T-Mobile from offering the iPhone as long as it is sold only in connection with a 24 month T-Mobile contract and/or is blocked in such a way that it can only be used in a T-Mobile network, T-Mobile has announced that it will offer an unlocked version of the phone in Germany, for the price of 999 (about $1478).
