Mario Bros. Meets
It's not Apple sanctioned, and it's not complete, but Super Mario Bros. and several other NES games are now running on the iPhone thanks to iphonenes. The NES emulator that drives the games is an actual iPhone app, so some hacking skills are required. Also, the controls need some work, and there is no sound. Still, it's a great example of what can be done with an iPhone and some coding skill.
