The iPod Looks Like a Bar of Soap, Kind
So I can understand the simple mistake that was made when Sean received his shrink-wrapped iPod from Smalldog.com, and opened it to find a couple bars of soap and some cheap batteries. After a quick call to the Smalldog customer service, and a laughing at by the representative, Sean had a replacement on the way. Check out the entire story over at the Consumerist.
