EMI sale unlikely to affect DRM-free
The $6.4 billion sale of EMI to private equity firm Terra Firma isn't expected to stop the record label from offering DRM-free tracks at the iTunes Store. EMI and Apple had planned to make the $1.29 downloads available through iTunes during May.
